A drone reaches the roof, the rack and the ceiling-level conveyor without a lift, a ladder or a shutdown. Each asset gets a visual frame and a calibrated thermal frame, so the report shows exactly what was hot, how hot and where.

Inspection questions

Does production have to stop?

Usually not. Most equipment thermal surveys are flown while the line runs, because that is when the problems show. We coordinate timing and routes with your team.

What can thermal actually find?

Overheating motors and bearings, failing electrical connections, blocked steam traps, trapped moisture in roofs, missing insulation and hot spots on solar arrays, among other things.

How often should we inspect?

Quarterly is common for production equipment. Roofs are often inspected annually and after major storms.

Is it safe to fly inside our plant?

Yes, with planning. We use a small aircraft with obstacle sensing, fly manually and plan every run with your safety lead.
